Good picks, but not as good as the Strong and Omega tiers
I'd say that Garen and Nasus ain't the bests champs you could have in your team, because they're not as usefull as the others champs on this list. They're usefull in low elo if you're not really confident about your mechanics because they're easy to play, but it'll be hard for you to carry a teamfight with Garen. Nevertheless, you could do it with Nasus if you have enought stacks to be a problem, but ennemy team won't let you stack peacefully during the early game, and if you're opponent snowballs and takes a big advantage in early, you'll have some troubles catching up with his strenght until 40mins.
Urgot is a actually a strong pick, he can match every champ on the list, and to be honnest, i just totally forgot to put him in ^^"
