I'd say, kill the soraka since she is much squishier and after the heals are blown, you may switch to graves.
Unless they have a strong CC jungler, you should be rather safe since they will have no lockdown CC.

Okay, another randon suggestion...
sage is a pretty good mastery for support (I'd take it over 1 point in durability). That bonus exp is vital since you miss out on some exp while warding/roaming.
