"I think just about any Bruiser that can get a good snowball early has the potential to carry.
Also any tricky champions that get fed early: (I.E. Shaco, Teemo, etc..)
Lulu is good... but if you are playing her in that way, she sort of fills the carry role and can't be counted here.
