However RFC fulfills that role much better haha. I recommend RFC it honestly feels like an item designed specifically for Jhin."

Even versus medium-squishy champions, LDR gives raw value that PD can’t compensate for. Phantom is more of a comfort/mobility item if you want smoother kiting, but if you skip LDR y"
