Posted a Comment: "Yeah, as I mentioned somewhere before, the Cashback rune is a must-have on Jhin (like on many other ADCs). That's why you run the Inspiration tree, solely for Cashback. After that, Tonic is just the best of the remaining options, but Cashback alone makes taking this secondary tree worth it, and Toni"
