"It's kinda hard to find a bad ult. Most ults define the champion. Like Heimerdinger wouldn't be Heimerdinger without Upgrage, and Shaco wouldn't be Shaco without hallucination. An ult that that's active is kind of useless is Jax's. Shaco's can be countered super easily, and Evelynns is not very "
