"Interesting thought. I think the issue is that AP Ez is primarily about burst, not sustained DPS, so the followup wouldn't really become significantly easier to land just by hitting Mystic Shot, and it would come at the cost of the better gold/dmg options.
It's still plenty useful as a last item"

So AP Kog does benefit from AP, but benefit is relative. If you're getting AP, how much magic pen are you not getting? All the math I've done has shown that the magic pen offers superior gold/dmg compared to raw AP, and the mana regeneration of the Barrage Limit adds an additio"
