(cdr/MR) I really believe that Health / MS quint are not needed. His Q makes up for that speed and the health is pretty much only advised "

More like getting ahead of the ennemy and slowing while damaging him. While team does the same. That's why I take both RoA and Rylei's makes singed a great offtank. Basical"
