"sorry but i disagree. the point of hss that early is that you rarely have them down low enough for the jump to be worth it tat that point and, you get hss for the crits not the active. they help you last hit and heal more from the life steal quints."

"youre right about the lower resistances. thats why i used to run a wits end instead of phantom dancer and it still works. you still do fine damage. but whenever im not having any trouble with their AP i prefer phantom dancer for the huge damage boost."

"i actually saw a teemo do this exact build before. he was the only person on the enemy tam that could actually kill me. plus the half on hit and the half ad works well because its hard to choose between armor and MR and you end up getting less of one or both. +1
