As for your specific questions, the armor/passive on Tabi is actually strong in laning, but CDR improves your healing and damage output in team fights because of her short cooldowns. You can really pick whatever boots you want. One of my friends"

"This guide is not "in-depth", it's just "a lot of text", and a lot of that text is very questionable (having a level advantage is useless on a support that can setup kills? news to me...), but I'm sure people will upvote it anyway because it has bbcoding and it's long."

"Imo - and probably mathematically too - they will be superior in lane if your champion frequently does autoattack harass in addition to magic harass, but weaker in team fights with AoE spell damage. A valid option for being a jerk in lane."
