"This guide is not "in-depth", it's just "a lot of text", and a lot of that text is very questionable (having a level advantage is useless on a support that can setup kills? news to me...), but I'm sure people will upvote it anyway because it has bbcoding and it's long."

"Imo - and probably mathematically too - they will be superior in lane if your champion frequently does autoattack harass in addition to magic harass, but weaker in team fights with AoE spell damage. A valid option for being a jerk in lane."
