So the procc can not be counted as a reason, because 600 DMG > 150DMG The speed boost difference is minimalistic, as well... Building TF instead of LB @ AP Ez is a huge waste of burst damage"

Sorry, you do not even go into detail how to use Irelia, so any player new to Irelia will be totally confused by this build, as it is not only far from optimal, but also totally intransparent."
