Greater Quintessence of Endurance: +1.5% increased health, 2050 IP

So 9x magic pen marks plus 3x armor pen quints would give you 8.55 magic pen and 9.99 armor pen. With all hybrid you would get 8.52 magic pen and 15 armor pen. Hybrid wins.
9x armor pen marks plus 3x magic pen quints would give you 5.67 magic pen and 14.94 armor pen. With all hybrid you would get 8.52 magic pen and 15 armor pen. Hybrid wins.

Lifesteal
3% mastery + 3% Dorans + 6% quints = 12% lvl 1 lifesteal.

Gold: if you add up all the runes and masteries you end up with +7.25 gold/10 sec, that's pretty huge.

Seems like the only usefull runes will be lifesteal quints, hybrid ones (maybe) (champ specific, i wanna use on ezreal ^^)
as for % hp its gunna be quite pointless since hplvl will be stronger unless u got over 3.5khp or w/e, not many champs reach that (and warmog nerf)

Lucent Singularity cooldown reduced to 9 seconds from 11
may see few more lux's but wont change much.

Miss Fortune
Bullet Time base damage increased to 65/95/125 from 60/85/110
no difference


Mordekaiser
Iron Man (Passive) shield amount increased to 35% from 30%
Siphon of Destruction damage increased to 70/115/160/205/250 from 65/105/145/185/225

I like this change and hope to see more panths, he is a good top if u build him like the rest (tanky buriser x2 gold per 10's frozen mallet brut etc) he is a very strong ganker and can **** up mid lane with his ult then go back top, repeat.

Primordial Burst mana cost reduced to 125/175/225 from 150/200/250
Dark Matter mana cost reduced to 70/80/90/100/110 from 100/110/120/130/140
Baleful Strike
Mana cost adjusted to 60/65/70/75/80 from 75 at all levels
Total ability power accumulated from Baleful Strike is now displayed in the tooltip
Event Horizon mana cost reduced to 80/90/100/110/120 from 80/95/110/125/140
mana wasnt even an issue.
