"If you’re against an AP champion that starts out with a D Blade or has ranged AA’s (like Kennen) that would be an okay combination. But if you’re against something like Mordekaiser or Gragas then 2xMR would be better.
You can also go for 1xMR 1xHP"

"I would recommend just standard Tank runes and building Full AD.
There have been some games where I take Tank runes but then decide to build full AD as the early game is playing out.
You can also give Arcane Comet a try as well."
