To be honest, the best Supports are the supports with multi-target CC/Heal or strong single-target abilites.
As for me, top tier picks would be Sona/Zilean/Karma for AoE based teams, Soraka/Taric/Alistar for 1 by 1 Elimination. Janna fits in both.
