Although I'm not particularly interested, how does one actually end up working at a company like riot? It seems kinda small so I don't imagine there's a lot of bureaucratic loopholes to jump through and most of the staff seems like a bunch of nerds (i mean that in the best way possible) who were good friends and decided to start a company together. Does anyone know how many employees they have?

As far my memorry serves right they r the creators of Dota and I think they went from there onwards and became what u see today. I like the idea of them being a small company.

Same goes to Udyr as I remember.

I'd love to work their as a skin/champion designer (eventually a tester), would be too awesome.
