Yo! Been a long time since I've done a blog post in here. If you feel like learning what I've been up to and how I've been keep reading. If not sorry to waste your time with my boring blog post haha.
Well..to be honest I haven't been feeling that well the past 2 weeks. Didn't have any internet for 1 week which sucked hard. It sucked especially hard for me. When I'm at home and I don't have anything to do I start..thinking about stuff and when that happens I think about good and bad stuff..normally I just find ways to distract myself and not think about the bad stuff but this time I couldn't.
So yeah for a while I was really bored and sorta down (still am). Thankfully I found something that rally cheered me up. Katawa Shoujo. It's basically a game/visual novel where you just read the story and along the way you sometimes make decisions that affect the story and how it turns out in the end. The story itself is about a guy who has a heart attack and transfers to a school for disabled students. He tries to start a new life there and meets lots of people and along the way finds love. There's 5 girls that are his potential love interests and how the story goes depends on the choices the player makes.
The game was absolutely awesome after I finished Emi's (one of the potential love interests) route. I only recently found out that there are 2 routes for each girl the player may fall in love with in the game. The game itself has almost no gameplay at all but the writing is completely amazing which makes up for that and even makes the game awesome. I'll link the download page for the game at the end of the post if you wanna try out the game. I highly recommend you do.
Anyways...(sorry I'm going off..) the game cheered me up and entertained me for a while. Just recently (like 2 day ago) I got back into ranked and from 0 points I got to 56 points which isn't bad considering I hadn't played for so long. I had some very depressing losses today but they aren't really the reason I haven't been feeling that happy or energetic recently...I won't go into too much detail but I'm just overthinking some stuff.
Well enough about me. How are you guys? Feel free to tell me in the comments and if you intend on giving Katawa Shoujo a shot do tell me that (again in the comments).

I do love those "you tell the story" games.
EDIT: Update: While it looks good, it lacks some decisions so far. I'm only about 5 scenes into the first act though so maybe that'll chang.
