"Just go normal rabadon's deathcap and harass the enemy team. You shouldn't really be able to ''beat'' the enemy AP Yi nor will he beat you because you can just heal up whatever damage you do to each other with meditate. I guess if you really want to have CDR and to beat him you can go athe"
