"black cleaver !?!? Why would you get that on taric ? He has NO spells that deal physical damage and his only physical damage output is from his single target autoattacks... And that's not much because his passive AND muramana both deal magic damage and you have literally no Attack speed."

The point is still there, Magic Pen's effectiveness doesn't depend on your enemy's MR, it depends on your Base damage VS AP Ratio (higher base damage = Magic Pen wins, Higher AP Ratios = AP wins)"

Using your way to calculate ''Effective HP'':
1000 HP + 20 Armor =
100/120 = 0.8333 | 1 - 0.8333 = 0.16667
1000 HP + 16.67 % = 1166.7 EHP
1000 HP + 900 Armor =
100/1000 = 1/10 | 1 - 1/10 = 9/10

If you're playing AP Teemo you can get rylai's crystal scepter if you want to...
If you're playing AD (LOL) Teemo or Tanky Teemo, you can and should get frozen mallet
Don't get both at the same time and don't get frozen mallet on AP teemo :P"

Autoattacks work with Lifesteal only.
Spells work with Spell Vamp only.
Unless your spell is an ''on-hit'' effect. In other words, an on-hit spell is considered to be an enhanced autoattack so it works with lifesteal. For example, nasus]"
