Posted a Comment: May 17th, 2013 "You build elise as a tanky Mpen champion because of her stupid Base damages, not because her AP ratios suck (they are actually insanely good). I think the extra healing makes up for the removal of resistances. TBH she's still gonna be really strong."

I compare like 5-6 different builds with each other and point out their strengths and stuff :3 I am really unsure on what builds to compare though, there SO many different possible ezreal builds and I'm not exactly sure which one"

If the X magic damage every attack actually happens, it's NOT gonna be 125 for sure, that's just too big of a buff to junglers... And before anyone says ''well right now it's 25% chance to do 500 so on average it does 125 on every hit st"
