Garen in lategame is quite weak unfortunatly. You cant do anything tbh.
Just do your job and try to offtank a bitsy, focus on beeing support dps, you can also push towers quite nicely.

The problem is that i like the lifesteal. You have to decide which one you make. As i build her more of a dps style i need that health regeneration and bloodthirster sux on her.
