But we also have to consider we already have armor helping in the damage reduction department. And then you lose the spike impact factor and trade it for consistency which is lower impact. "

10% chance to not take damage is better. You're wrong / don't understand spike impact if you think otherwise.
RNG is not weak. It may not be reliable, but RNG is exponentially superior"
