"I started jungling Cho recently and I hate to say it... He's one of the best and fastest junglers in the game. He's got all of the good and none of the bad :/
Also my Cho build dominates and works perfectly for that style of play ^^"

"Yeah, honestly Cho scales great with attack speed for various reasons.
Like you said Luther, he has the best base AD in the game. Getting attack speed means you'll be using that high base dmg more often.
Using AS is also free damage with E. His E is his most under utilized skill, I find mysel"

If there's no AD carry (LoL Elo) then dodge aren't gonna be better period.
Dodge really put in heavy duty work against auto attackers, like Ruin said.
Against Jarvan or Garen, that's a lot of phys dmg that you can't dodge, so in that respect Lugi is also correct about versatility.
