In terms of itemization, who is the cheapest champion to build to be effective? From my experience I know, that it is really hard to farm more than 11k gold in typical 5vs5 match (~25 min, balanced...

"Best pick currently is Orianna. But not on mid (however she'll be still useful there). She's absolutely beast on top or 2 vs 2 lane (can zone her opponents pretty easily, so zoning 2 instead of one is always a better choice)."
