Rylai's effects do not activate on 'next basic attack' spells, such as
Mace of Spades, so i doubt kayle's w would proc it. Its far more likely that FM would be useful there. However I do know that it works on voli's ult. And I don't think it works with other items at all, aside from DFG.
On spells that slow, its nearly worthless. It works one of two ways (i cant remember which right off hand): It either A) Uses the slow on whichever is higher or B) Combines the two and slows for the average.
Double Up procs the 15% slow since it hits multiple targets.

No, slows don't stack like that, otherwise people would be moving at -20% with all that stuff. Like I said, im pretty sure it either takes the highest one and uses that slow, or averages all of them together.

Yeah and it does for the same reason why Double-Up hits: They're not "real" on-hit effects but spells.
And afaik spell and item slows add up multiplicatively.
Meaning:
Target got 100 base MS (just using small number for simplicty) and you got one 10% slow on your spell and another 10% slow on an item that procs together with the spell.
The target will loose ((100 - 10%) - 10%) NOT resulting in 80 but 81 MS after reduce.
And afaik spell and item slows add up multiplicatively.

That's kinda how it works. But, there's also the reduced movespeed "bonus" that happens when you're under a certain speed threshold that makes it so someone with 400 MS, not totally uncommon, that gets hit by

Yes, slows stack multiplicatively, but only the strongest (highest %) slow is applied in full. All other slows are applied at 35% of their original strength. So in your example, the 100 MS target would be slowed to (1 - .1)(1 - .1*.35)100 = 86.85 MS, for a total of a 13.15% slow. This means that the second slow only applied as a 3.15% slow, which is barely noticeable.

1a. Kayle with W activated
1b. Kayle with W and Tiamat
2a. Volibear with R activated
2b. Volibear with R and Tiamat
3a. Malphite with min. 1 point in W
3b. As above and Tiamat
4a. Miss Fortune's Q
4b. Miss Fortune's Q and Tiamat
5. Any champion with skill, that applies on-hit-effect + Tiamat (GP, Irelia, Wukong, ...)
6. Champions with AOE physical dmg skills (Garen, Talon, ...)
7. Skills that applies slow but does not DMG (Singed, Nasus, Kog's E, ...)
I read the topic about slow mechanics, but I didn't find an answer. Does slow from skills, items and red stacks? Ashe's Q, Mallet, Randuin and Lizard buff - do they stack?
