"If you're not going attsp marks on rammus you should look for armor marks. Like, seriously. Heal marks suck (less than 50% of the primary ones), while armor marks are at 91% of the primary ones (0.91 armor vs 1 from seals). Since the nerf to armor seals Riot forgot to nerf the other armor runes, so "
