"aatrox will get a small mini-rework this year. Balance changes can't fix him. Riot only buffs those in need of reworks when they're way too weak and they can be sure they'll still stay out of the top tier (e.g. when they added mana scaling to urgot's W shield).
And they are 90% nerfing, b"
