Those kind of decisions aren't random on Riot's part. They even had in account AD jungle malzahar with his mid season mage rework.
My guess is that he would have been too powerful in the...

Oh, also, I did the thing. A couple of suggestions for it:
- Why allow to tick multiple options in the table questions if you can only pick one anyways?
