"The least useful leveling is 7 though. On the other hand, staying at level 5 when you have both lvl 6 shards means every S/S+ you get would be a "wasted&"

"TBH I also thought it was Riven when I saw the weapon preview. The most voted comment in the NA site being someone who got it wrong doesn't help either (typed Challenge and thought it was Riven). But yeah, "F"

"I burned through all my IP in champion shards to get fizz to 7. If you don't want to use RP that's the best way. The other one is patience (and saving every single shard from a champion you might get to level 5, so you don't burn that much blue essence)."
