Yes.
Alpha Strike used to have an AP ratio and Yi's ult used to grant instant refreshes, making Yi an extremely strong reset / clean-up champ with his Q.
Was a permaban champ before.

"Poppy isn't played because she has trouble in lane. Though her passive mitigates a lot of the damage taken for being a close range melee, she still has no reliable clear or gapclose.
She is heavily underrated though.
