@Ilynx: It's actually better with BT instead of Lizard since the Lizard nerfs. Prior to lizard nerfs lizard was really strong for early lane presence which helped to snowball. Now it's a lot weaker and I much prefer BT.

Sustain + Waveclear
Whole point of proxy Singed is to distract you. Focus on your purpose of the lane (Farming, sustaining) and he becomes useless.
Just focus on shoving creeps under tower....
