Not recommended for beginners
I recommend Jarvan for beginners because by playing him you learn how to play pretty much any sort of jungler cuz he's so versatile with builds

FoN has pretty much lost its place because there are little to no bruisers who aim for mass health regen. The only example I can think of atm is Singed
