I'd say go
Philo Hog boots Aegis
And consider stuff that Nautilus and Alistar build with their jungle.
IMO you could also consider Rylai but everyone hates on it.

The only generic tips I can give you are
1) Go for a lot of small harass early (E in-->W-->AA -->Q out)
2) Prioritize farming early game (Mundo has a horrible mid game compared to you)
3) Try to not engage him early (engage as in hunt him do"
