"IE/BT PD LW are generally first three items on any AD carry.
Vayne can go BC/BT.
Can't remember a lot, haven't played AD carries a lot recently.
General core build on AD carries are like
Zerkers, IE, PD, LW, QSS, BT "

"Right, it's good on champs who need to stay alive for their other healing over time abilities to activate.
Some that come to mind are Mordekaiser, Volibear, Mundo, Vladimir."

"Heal got buffed and it's good on AD carries, non-sustaining supports, and heavy-sustain top laners (I think)
It works really well with ignite for super aggressive lanes.

"With Phoenix you go full on tanky with Wit's End and / or maybe one or two more offensive items, but rarely.
With Tiger you go a standard offtank build with AD items. (Wriggles, Warmogs, Atma's, etc etc possible list of items go on)
