"With Phoenix you go full on tanky with Wit's End and / or maybe one or two more offensive items, but rarely.
With Tiger you go a standard offtank build with AD items. (Wriggles, Warmogs, Atma's, etc etc possible list of items go on)

"No reason ever to go AP on a support. Orianna is geared towards an AP carry with utility. If you're going to play her as a support you probably should buy support items on her.
Also, with your reasons-not-to-buy-Morello's, buying Blue pots also reduces CDR."
