"Orianna definitely should go pure AP. She's like Zilean. Champions who CAN support, but are better off played as AP carries. An example of a build would be :
1) boots, 3 hp pots
2) dorans ring x2/3 / catalyst; depending on lane
3) sorc boots
4) deathcap
5) void staff
6) banshee / roa / rylai
