Well, let's tell my story. After the first game I did, I went Talon bots once more because I wasn't getting Talon's R ( Shadow Assault), now I do. The second bot game ended 3/1/3. "Maybe one day i will get a nice score" I sighed while I was deciding that I should go for a battle in PvP, to actualy start sharpening my skills.
The first game of PvP ended 3/4/0, Defeat. It's something! A bad something, but it's something! Strangely, I felt motivated with my lousy 3 kills against real players, so I went on another one.
The second game ended in 1/9/4. I was thinking if i would punch my computer through the roof like Vi, or if i would just smash with a huge sword, like Riven.
It's an expensive computer, so I decided to give the poor thing one more chance. Let there be a third match! In the second match, i met a portuguese guy who was playing Riven, and he totally knocked my socks off, so I decided to add him to my friend list and invite him for a little 5 vs 5 match, this time, on my side. He also had a friend in the second game, a portuguese one, so he also came with us.
So... heads up... we started the matchmaking. I watched the seconds pass slowly in the timer near my profile image. Finaly, the glorious box with 2 answers popped out in my screen. I accepted the challenge with a MANLY click, and i just typed: Mid. Selected Talon... One more chance to fight back. In my team, there was a Twisted Fate, a Rengar, a Jax and an Amumu.
The game started. Long Sword and 2 Health Potion. LeBlanc was in mid. I never had played against a LeBlanc! I'm finished, i tought. Started farming so I could RUSH a The Brutalizer. I did. LeBlanc had some nice skills, and her range is just insane. But i fought with all my strenght. The game continued... I fought LeBlanc and she fought me. At one time, i made a mistake... i chased her close. I killed it and then i screamed out loud "HELL NO! That's NOT how I will be killed today!" I Saw LeBlanc getting of the bush... One Shot... One chance to kill her. I don't remember how I did, but i killed her. Motivation. Power. A new man grew inside me. The part of me that likes Talon. I then pushed mid and got the tower, and I ran back to base and continued my build. The rest of the game, was awesome. Let's teleport to late game.
I already had almost full build: Youmuu's Ghostblade, Mobility Boots, Tiamat, Last Whisper, Bloodthirster and Cloth Armor (I was going to make Randuin's Omen but the time ran short).
Let's gank the base! Team went mid and we just ran. We pushed... I pushed the fastest that I could. Well, the rest of the game was full epicness. When we were almost finishing, Twisted Fate had to go to work... We forgived him because he played well. We could do it, we were fed... We were the bosses. And well, we did. We Won like bosses.
"So, EpicGentleman, what was you final score?" I'm glad you guys ask... 15/9/8 | Largest killing spree: 6 | Largest multi kill: 3 | Gold: 12,854 | Turrets Destroyed: 2 | Inhibitors Destroyed: 1 | Minions Slain: 82 | Neutral monsters killed: 12 | Time spent dead: 351.
Well, i say it was a freaking sucess. One of the best games I did in LoL since i started playing. I'm keeping Talon... He's a good guy and dances like MJ!
