"Absolutely, tank stats and drakes delay clearing and slow your leveling.
You can only keep up in tempo by buying attack speed for full clearing, leech some exp from laners and take kills. But tank jungles are supposed to be relevant at the cost of less ressources."

"It varies a lot. In elos below diamond I would rush it any game, but in Diamond+ i might not take it at all because I can rely more on damage from team mates. "

"It's very standard to go full tank with triumph, but I prefer ravenous hunter for sustain and my favourite items right now are rageblade and Dead man's plate.
There is no right answer though, celerity/nimbus cloak is super strong for engage and stick, but you have little early to mid game"

"I am experimenting a lot at the moment, but bramble vest seems like the biggest nobrainer for 800g. Completely nuts synergy with aftershock.

"Bami's cinder is up from 900g to 1100g and imo there are a lot better first and second items than any mythics on Rammus. But I might be mistaken, most of the top ranked rammus players go Sunfire aegis or turbo chemtank first item. "
