I think Amumu and Sejuani are really strong into Rammus. Peel and CC are the only thing that counter him really. I haven't faced a lot of them lately though, and when I do it's typically rather even.

"Soraka's silence is actually a strong counter, as with any point and click interrupts. Master Yi has to get a massive midgame lead to pose a threat in my experience. "
