"I have no clear idea about the new item system till I've tried it.
First thoughts are that Wit's End will be more expensive and give no healing, so this leaves Guinsoo's Rageblade and Phantom Dancer the most meaningfull choices.
I will definately try it out, but still think bami's "

I tend to pick Rammus into most comps – even full AP – probably because I am a crazy one trick and enjoys a challenge!
In your excample, I would go Cinderhulk + Wit's End and stack magic resist and could still be relevant no problemo.

"If high AP damage in both teams and if you win by team fighting. If you dont have good AP carries in team and you wanna win by skirmishing and forcing enemy to split Wit's End is stronger. The last one is my preferred style.
