I just wrote a novel for the F-Secure Support forums about my problems and I thought I'd come out clean here as well, since I'm currently so ******* frustrated that I have nothing else to do. I won't bother making a long story short so here we go:

If anyone of you has an Asus gaming laptop, preferably G74S, which I use, you probably know that it comes preinstalled with stupid Oberon Games. Two days ago I noticed that while playing LoL my pc was lagging and my bf was first to blame old drivers, although it was probably just the heat, since my laptop has gotten quite dusty. It's definitely not like my pc can't handle LoL, it's only a year old and still has 1 year of warrantry left too. Well, I installed some drivers from Asus Live Update which keeps popping up whenever I open my computer and everything worked fine till last night. After my last game the new version of Asus Live Update program that forced itself on me asked for permission to download something. (Not like it was asking if it only gives me the option to press either X or OK, and last time I did that it screwed up my network drivers and I was without any connection for 2 days until my little brother solved that the update had failed.) This time I pressed X since I wanted to play and my whole laptop freezed right there.
After rebooting I went to uninstall unnecessary **** with CCleaner and ended up uninstalling the Oberon Games. That's when my firewall (F-Secure Internet Security 2011) started saying it had expired, although it has 1 year left till it truly expires.

Today me, my brother and my father spent the whole f*cking day trying to find a solution. Everyone kept blaming me for going to suspicious sites, but every scan we did said there was no virus or other **** in my laptop. REcovery point saved my ***, for a moment. We updated F-SEcure to 2012 version. As I didn't know it was the Oberon games disabling my antivirus/firewall software, I uninstalled them again. Only after we realized F-SEcure had stopped working again, my little brother told me he had the exact same problem and the solution to it is just to leave the f*cking **** games be and not touch them. (Later I found out we're not the only ones, it seems deleting any of those games deletes the whole Software File they're in and corrupts it.)
Tried recovering again 2 times and it still didn't work. :/ Well my father made it work somewhow by deleting Malware Bytes which I used to scan my laptop when F-SEcure couldn't work. Obviously it wasn't a virus although now I wished it woould be. After he made F-SEcure 2011 work, he updated it into 2012 again and it seemed like it was working...

BUT IT ISN'T FFS!

So firewall is ok now, but for the last 3 and half hours the antivirus part has been "updating". I made full scan of my laptop, still no signs of viruses. Other anti virus software (mainly Windows Firewall and Windows Defender) is disabled so it's not like they're blocking it, it's just stuck there saying it is updating when it isn't. I checked out updates manually and it claimed to be updated. F-Secure Health Check says anti virus isn't in use and it truly isn't.

I thought I'd let it download and tried playing LoL, but I can only open the launcher, then the game lobby thing where I can log in, doesn't open at all. It hides itself somewhere, since I know it's in use by trying again and the game asks me if I want to terminate the previous session I have open (somewhere hiding).

I could live with F-SEcure claiming to be updating if it worked actually, but I haven't had a single moment today to relax or study Adobe Director 11.5 which is on trial - or was, now it's uninstalled due to recovery - and I have like 2 weeks to finish a portfolio on it. And I don't even know to use it. Talk about having nasty deadlines...

I would have liked to relax even for a one game and even put up with leavers, feeders and ragers, but instead I had to play Max Payne 3, rage about not being able to quicksave and had to play same part 3 times due to that and then it crashes too in the middle of video. I'm so pissed if I never get to see it again -.-

Afterwards for the last 2-3 hours now I searched for F-SEcure forums about the updating stuck problem, but it seems they've never even heard of such thing. However the Win7 (more like Oberon) problem was acknowledged there. I don't know how I could find a solution to the problem of finishing the updating of F-SEcure Internet SEcurity 2012, and I don't know if it's 2012 version thats not allowing me to even launch LoL client (it worked fine till yesterday) or the problem with the anti-virus.

I have studied computers, but this is too much. I'm just a girl who wants to finish her summer studies on time with a program I've used only once (^^') and relax afterwards by playing League of Legends and someday even have the enthusiasm to update my guides.

I did update my Sona guide sometime ago only to notice I made a stupid mistake there which I'm a bit too lazy to correct at 0.26am.
I have Soraka guide updates on my mind, since I never realized they nerfed her armor buff on her heal until someone told me that I should probably mention it. Well, I played Soraka and couldn't give a **** about the nerf since imo it didn't affect her gameplay at all. Probably because I was experimenting on playing her more offensive support than usually - to my surprise it worked really well on the 2-3 games I played with her. I didn't cry over the nerfed Wish either although the cooldown is rather long, but it was long before, who cares if it's slightly longer now.
I ended up having massive damage dealt with support build - count on me, I will add the game stats to my guide when I get back to cleaning the damn Wall of Fame that's making my guide look amateurish :D I'm sorry for being so slobby. So where was I...
So I thought Astral Blessing heals 140 at lvl2 and it's enough for a really long time since neither you or your carry have high hp. Instead of maxing it I maxed out [Infuse]] and used it to harass the enemies during laning phase. Also my AD carry had full mana nonstop. Afterwards I maxed out heal.
Second game I got heal lvl2 at lvl4 as well, and got infuse to lvl3 when it heals plenty of mana and does decent damage. After that I maxed out Starcall for the lolz and spammed it so hard the enemy team cried when our ap carry used his skills afterwads :D I didn't end up ks'ing pretty much anything, instead I had plenty of healing done and a damage of 94k with full build consisting of these items:



I assume I had Aegis of the Legion. If not, it was Locket of the Iron Solari instead. Proof ain't here yet, but will be coming. So, you people who think Soraka can only be played as a passive support, look in the mirror: is it just you who's passive?
I totally dominated our lane with my AD carry due to my excessive harassing with Infuse.

About Infuse as a skill: yesterday I played one game as Sona and wasn't too happy to see Soraka on the lane since good Soraka wins good Sona easily. But their Soraka wasn't good. He used Infuse on my carry instead of me when we attacked and I could Q them happily to near death while Ashe finished them off easily.

About Sona, lately I've been playing with Athene's Unholy Grail rather than Archangel's Staff, but more than that I have a liking for Sheen and Lichbane. It's just so amusing to do nice damage as a support. Either one of those combined with power chord is epic damage for a support and should work even better with the upcoming changes on Sona. (Her global cooldowns are being deleted, that means even more powerchording.)
I don't understand Riot for first saying she's too OP, then nerf her, then say she's too nerf to be played and then they make changes like that. She wasn't op before, she isn't nerf now and that change is unnecessary. Could be fun though. I'll probably play even more Sona, which would mean I'd only play her since lately I've been playing her a lot :D If I play any more than I already do, that would mean playing only her.

If I only could play... Gosh, I hope they answer my novel on F-Secure forums and I get everything to work before I really go to some "suspicious" sites and get my pc full of viruses and stuff :D

Oh yeah, Adobe Flash player doesn't work either. Byebye Youtube. My bf installed the old working version, but it's gone with the recovery, I think <.< Nothing is working, I bet my new Mastercard ain't working either. I went to get it today - when I went in, it was good weather, when I came out it was pouring. My pretty ballerina shoes are still wet and smelly on our kitchen's windowledge. And it's still raining. Where is the summer heat? Summer is almost over and all we've had is too cold weather/too little of sun to get a tan, too cold water to swim and raining all die and night. Last night I woke up 5.00am to find a bee buzzing between our curtains. My bf woke up too, but he was too lazy to go kill it so I had to go myself. *******, he's the bee killer, not me!
Even though it's not warm during the day, it's always too hot in the night.

I actually thought this summer would be nice since last summer was ****, but nothing seems to be going well. Why am I still optimistic, when it would be so much easier to be pessimistic. Well, for one: I found an epicly pretty dress on Saturday. Hell, it was expensive but it's so pretty... And now I'm poor, need to pay bills, computer's not working and bees have taken a liking to our curtains. <.< Well, at least I have almost finished reading Game of Thrones. Only 5 books left after it... (I bought them all on a whim at winter, so even if I can't play, I have something to do :D)

K, I think it's better for me to go to sleep now.
