I have it now. But seriously, we got to do all missions twice for twice the rewards, AND choose both god-kings so we're guaranteed to get the 1000 BE! Literally free stuff, this bug is the best...

Yes, his Q procs it. But it only heals for one third since it's considered AOE damage.

Both upgrades to tear are terrible on taric. Best items on him are armor/CDR items and support items.

"Yeah. nimbus cloak on nidalee/elise is another example, or predator on cassiopeia. Generally if you pick a rune that does nothing the game switches it to another rune."

On modes without the river, Waterwalking is exchanged with Scorch.
