I would advice you to take a look at the link in my signature, saying "jhoijhoi's guide to making a guide". It should really improve your guide, because currently it's far from finished.
Some small things:
- Your masteries are terrible. I recommend 15-0-15, 14-0-16 or 21-0-9. "

- I like Stark's Fervor on Vayne. She is ranged, but short ranged, so you are usually close enough for the Armor Pen passive. Also it gives aura's, which your team will usually like. I would advise to replace it for The Black Cleaver.
