Not really. Phoenix Udyr is still faster at jungling but Tiger just deals more burst now since its remake. Wriggles into Sheen, build tanky, finish Triforce later."

"Heal+Smite is fine if you really want to low-level jungle.
Try this route, it may be more reliable:
Cloth Armor+2 Pots
Start at small golems, kill them (use Smite), kill wraiths, then wolves. Recall back, buy a Long Sword (or Boots and more health potions, I haven't tested this yet).
