"Rammus doesn't take ghost because he's... well, so goddamn fast to begin with. Teleport isn't a necessity - really, only Flash is, but Teleport is, I feel, more useful than ghost simply for the mobility.
Yes, jungle Rammus is extremely powerful, but the guide is not a jungle Rammus guide.
