She has no sustain and by taking Smite, you lose out on Ignite/Ghost/Exhaust, any one of which is very helpful to a typical lane Po"

CC reduction is great and all but with the extra DPS and a Philo Stone, you could afford to not have as much Tenacity with just smart play and proper positioning. Mercury's Treads won't save your ass when you're being chain-stunned, but a bit of tenacity go"
