"You really need full runes and masteries to be able to jungle Shaco effectively, especially with a rush blue or a Reginald route.
You'll be fine with your current runes. Buy full armor seals. Dodge seals are terrible, especially for Shaco. Armor seals are cheap and worth the buy.

"I think that you're sacrificing too much damage for the lane sustain. Generally you'll be fine and dandy with just Revolver+CDR boots and you want to go for AP after that to actually hit harder. WotA is great at keeping you alive but usually you just won't need it."

"If you SERIOUSLY WANTED a really strong slow, just buy a Frozen Mallet over Rylai's, which lets you do more damage, get in closer, slow them more, and gives you more bulk.

"Box baiting is pretty much all that AP shaco has. His ganks fall off rapidly past level 5 and you have to rely on enemies being stupid and walking into your boxes, a strategy easily countered by any organized team with wards and Oracle's. It works in low ELO solo queue."
