"That would be interesting. Though losing 10% HP in a team fight is followed closely by another 10 and so on and so on. But because his CDs are so long spamming heal would keep his passive up which could help more. "

"I can agree with that, I just prefer clarity. Solid in a pinch though it can lose effectiveness over time.Veigar's passive might need a buff and some of his Mana costs reduced early game IMO. "
