I get Ghost Clarity for early game sustain, he's to slow too make Flash a viable escape mechanism for him. Clarity helps me keep my last hits up. I usually build Tear+Boots+Rush 2 Blasting Wands finish Death Cap then"

As well consider the uptime it will have, less heal=friendly minions die faster=Using it more often...If that makes sense. 3. Alistar won't be banned as much in ranked."
