Aeroww: Damage skyrockets when you manage to pro Silver Bolts. Vayne is rewarded for staying in a fight and attacking the same person. Likely you never get to hit someone 3 times in a row early game :)

"^I had a Wukong in my game yesterday. He didn't buy any items to start, and half way through the game asked, "How do I buy items?"
He also stayed near our base, farming minions instead of capturing points. I was literally fuming.
