2) As with your Alistar guide, perhaps list the alternative runes in list format.

1) Your two last builds are almost identical. Perhaps remove one and just list the core items you'd get on AP Alistar.
2) To even out your pros/cons section, add in so filler text coloured black. Also, lengthen the line before "benefits" to center it better.
